We also offer additional consulting services outside litigation for homeowners, homeowners’ associations, and commercial properties. These services include forensic and intrusive testing to determine the source of the problem and development of repair options, post litigation project development to evaluate, prioritize, and propose options with associated costs to determine a scope of work, and site walkthroughs to develop proactive maintenance programs for homeowners’ associations. In addition, we work hand-in-hand with architects and engineers for value engineering to keep costs in line with our clients’ budgets.
