BRASSEUR CONSTRUCTION, INC. has been conducting business since 1988 and was incorporated in 2001 with a class B, General Building Contractor, license. We are a full service general contractor, specializing in single-family and custom home remodels, reconstruction, tenant improvements, and commercial and homeowners’ association maintenance. We also provide professional consulting services for construction litigation.
One of the goals of our company is to be employee friendly and a place others in the industry would like to work. We are succeeding in this and pride ourselves on the fact that the majority of our staff at BRASSEUR CONSTRUCTION, INC. has been working together as a team for over 10 years. We approach each other, industry partners, clients, and projects with integrity, passion, and competence.
As a company we feel it is important to give back to the community and country we are fortunate enough to work in. That is why over the years we have supported local schools and charities, such as Cabrillo Elementary School, Dana Middle School, Correia Middle School, Point Loma High School, and Point Loma Summer Concerts. We have also assisted national fundraising programs and charities with Habitat for Humanity, Red Cross and YMCA.
The Meaning Behind “Building the American Dream”
There are two meanings behind our slogan “Building the American Dream” for us at BRASSEUR CONSTRUCTION, INC.
- One of the major pieces of the American Dream is to own a home. Since the majority of our work is performed on homes, we are literally building a part of our clients’ American Dream by putting quality craftsmanship into each project.
- Another component of the American Dream is the theory that if you work hard and produce a quality product you can succeed. While success is a bit of a moving target, we are still working hard toward that goal by performing one superior job after another to build toward success – the American Dream.

BRASSEUR CONSTRUCTION, INC. embarked on a new business venture and established Harbor View Windows in March 2005. Harbor View Windows specializes in distributing new construction and replacement windows and doors to contractors and homeowners alike. Should contractors or homeowners prefer, BRASSEUR CONSTRUCTION, INC. can provide installation of any order. Harbor View Windows is located in the same office as BRASSEUR CONSTRUCTION, INC. and encourages clients to schedule an appointment to discuss your window project with an informative salesperson.
